WARNING: Shopping Estate Sales can be highly addictive!

Each Estate Sale is different so you never know what kind of treasure you will find! What to know when shopping with Shadetree Partners Estate Sales:
  • Payment Methods - We accept Cash, Check & Credit Cards
  • Hours - Our sale hours will be clearly posted yet people always ask about early entry. If we get done setting up early we do allow shoppers to go ahead and enter.
  • Pre-Sale - Unless otherwise stated items are not available for presell. Typically the only items we offer for presell are large items (cars, tractors, etc.).
  • No Prices Given Out Prior to Sale - this may sound harsh but the reason is we probably don't remember the price of the item you are referring to! In all reality we have multiple employees pricing  hundreds of items at each sale. And sometimes we are pricing more than one sale at a time. It is simply impossible to recall the exact price of a particular item.
